yesterday i had a chance and took it to get out of spin class and onto the open road. We did a 30 mile loop at about 16-18mph, in the dark and with some thick fog, but it felt good, sometimes an early year ride is like a pre-test, it shows you that you have some work to do. Ill take it, my legs felt done coming back into town, no energy but spinning wildly, I know with running I feel stronger longer so hopefully i can build some biking legs up. Cross training is definitely easier on the body than just running everyday, its never fun to finish a hard 30 miles and think wow only 80 more to go? carpe diem
